Title Seismo-electric conversion in shale: Experiment and analytical modelling
Creator Rong Peng
Subject seismoelectric data
Publisher Xiukuan Zhao
Description The data sets are obtained from the experimental results and numerical modelling results in Institute of Mineral Resources,Chinese Academy of Geological Sciences ; China University of Petroleum (Beijig);University of Leeds. The observation apparatus of seismoelectric signals are built by ourselves.

Type (1) The seismoelectric signals of sandstones and shales. The transient pressures at each side of the sample (P1 and P2) are measured by transient pressure transducers. The transient electrical potentials of each side of the sample are measured by two non-polarising Ag/AgCl electrodes (V1 and V2). (2) The numerical results of seismoelectric conversion in sandstone and shales. Numerical results are modelled by the Pride equations.
