This is a new East Asian rainfall catalogue compiled from an ancient Korean book Seungjeongweon Ilgi. The rainfall database is reconstructed mainly based on rain gauge records from 1780 CE to 1907 CE and rain days from 1625CE to 1907CE. Two reconstruction methods are used, namely linear regression and generalized additive model (gam). |
