| Description | The GNSS data and ionosonde data are from IONISE and CMONOC. TEC and the rate of TEC (ROT, computed for each 30-second interval and converted to the unit of TECu/min) with elevation angles lager than 30° were binned into 1°×1° grids. The averaged TEC and ROT in each grid at a specific time interval (5 min) were used. The ionogram data was derived from a Portable Digital Ionosonde at Shaoyang (26.9°N, 111.5°E) with a temporal resolution of 5 min. The Kp, Dst and F10.7 index were downloaded from the National Geophysical Data Center website (https://www.ngdc.noaa.gov). The magnetometer data were downloaded from BCMT (http://www.bcmt.fr/). |
