Title | Seismic Waveforms of Precritical PKiKP and PcP Phases Collected in East Asia |
Creator | Haodong Zhang |
Subject | Seismic waveform, PcP and PKiKP phases, East Asia |
Publisher | Xiukuan Zhao |
Description | This dataset comprises waveform information pertaining to the PcP and PKiKP seismic phases, originating from 37 seismic events meticulously documented by the China National Seismic Network at the Institute of Geophysics, China Earthquake Administration (CEA). Waveforms featuring the PcP and PKiKP seismic phases were selectively extracted for investigative purposes. Each seismic phase waveform are band-passed by 1–2 Hz and possesses a duration of 20 s, encompassing a temporal window of 10 s both preceding and following the observation of the seismic phase's peak or trough. The sampling rate is set at 0.05, equivalent to 20 Hz. In accordance with the security stipulations outlined by the data provider, the latitude and longitude values within all header variables are delineated with precision up to two decimal places. For a more comprehensive acquisition of raw data, interested parties are encouraged to contact with the Haodong Zhang via Email at zhanghaodong15@mails.ucas.ac.cn. The Institute of Geophysics of CEA has deployed seismic instruments and collected earthquake data, possessing ownership of the data. Haodong Zhang extracted seismic phase data of PcP and PKiKP phases, holding the right to use the data. |
