Title Mohe 2025 New Year Geomagnetic Storm Multi-Instrument Dataset
Creator Wenbo Li
Subject Thermosphere, ionospherere, Mohe
Publisher Xiukuan Zhao
Description This dataset consists of FPI, ionosonde, LEMI018 magnetometer and the aurora photography. The data is stored in MAT files, with each observed variable labeled by its respective variable name.
1. ‘MoheFPI.mat’ contain thermospheric wind, temperature and relative airglow intensity from Mohe FPI observation.
2. ‘MoheIonosonde.mat’ contain hmF2 and foF2 from ionosonde observation.
3. ‘MoheLEMI018magnetometer.mat’ contain geomagnetic F, H and D component from LEMI018 magnetometer observation.
4. ‘aurora photography.zip’ contain the aurora photography provided by Jianfeng Dai's team. The aurora photography was taken by the Canon EF 8-15mm f/4L Fisheye USM lens with an exposure time of 8s. Photographers are Xinjian Liu and Ting Shao of Mohe Media Center. The aurora photographs cannot be used for purposes other than scientific research, and permission of Jianfeng Dai's team is required for the use of the aurora photographs of this dataset.
