Title Experimental Data on the Controls of Fluid Pressurization Rate and Confining Pressure on Injection-Induced Fault Slip

Description The laboratory fault slip experiments were conducted using a triaxial compression apparatus equipped with an integrated fluid-injection system. During the experiments, deviatoric stress, displacement, pore pressure, and slip rate were continuously monitored, and the shear stress, effective normal stress, and friction coefficient were subsequently calculated. These data are recorded in the file data.xlsx. Based on an extended Mohr–Coulomb criterion, the apparent friction coefficient, pore pressure–induced resistance, and corrected friction coefficient were calculated and stored in friction_corrected.xlsx. Calculated data derived from the rate-and-state friction law, including lnV, apparent friction coefficient (μ), and pore pressure, are provided in lnV_mu_pore_pressure.xlsx. Acoustic emission (AE) event energies recorded during the experiments are stored in AE.txt. All experimental data are organized into folders labeled by specimen number, each containing the complete dataset for the corresponding specimen.
