Title Pn anisotropic tomography data for uppermost mantle investigation in Myanmar
Creator Mingyuan Cai
Subject Pn anisotropic tomography
Publisher Xiukuan Zhao
Description Seismological investigations of the uppermost mantle beneath Myanmar are essential for constraining the dynamic processes associated with oblique subduction in this region, we used the Pn anisotropic tomography to image the velocity and anisotropic structure of the uppermost mantle beneath Myanmar. Under the China-Myanmar Geophysical Survey in the Myanmar Orogen (CMGSMO) project, two phases of seismic arrays comprising 148 broadband stations were deployed in north-central and southern Myanmar, providing temporally discontinuous monitoring for more than three and a half years. We used Pn arrivals automatically picked by the Seis-PickNet algorithm to perform anisotropic tomography. The attachment contains the collected Pn arrivals data.
