Description The MIOS VHF radar data from a phased array radar of the Meteor and ionospheric Irregularity Observation System (MIOS) includes the SNR, Doppler velocity and width of backscatter echoes. The range and temporal resolutions are 2.5 km and 2 min, respectively.
The HF radar data from the Low lAtitude long Range Ionospheric raDar (LARID) includes the SNR, Doppler velocity and width, Elevation angle of backscatter echoes. The range and temporal resolutions are 15 km and 4 min, respectively.
The ionosonde data is the ionospheric F layer virtual heights at specific plasma frequencies at an interval of 0.5 MHz from 3.5 to 5.5 MHz over Ledong and Meiji. The temporal resolution is 15 min.
The rate of change of total electron content index (ROTI) data is collected from the Ionospheric Observational Network for Irregularity and Scintillation in East and Southeast Asia (IONISE). The data includes latitude, longitude, ROTI and UT. The spatial resolution is 1° × 1°, and the temporal resolution is 5 min. A subset of GNSS receivers is used to monitor the GNSS scintillation S4 index at a 1 min resolution.
The Satellite data are from COSMIC-2 (https://www.COSMIC.ucar.edu/what-we-do/COSMIC-2/data) and Swarm (https://swarm-diss.eo.esa.int/).
The geomagnetic data includes Bz components of the interplanetary magnetic field, auroral electrojet (AE) index, symmetric portion of the horizontal component of geomagnetic field (SYM-H) and Kp index.
